编排《丝路彩虹》这台剧目以来，近百名演员休假的时间屈指可数。有多少人在排练时受伤？多少人带病演出？多少人流过眼泪？陕西省杂技团团长贾云鹏已经记不清了。

小演员台下这样练功

12岁的李泽枫是参演《丝路彩虹》年龄最小的演员之一，他在剧中扮演一只受伤的小狼。虽然他的表演时间不到10分钟，但为了演好这个小角色，他每天要在半个小时以内进行个后空翻，在凳子上倒立3分钟。

每天6点到7点半，是杂技团大小演员们的早功练习时间。所谓”早功“，就是跑步半个小时，练一个小时的靠墙倒立。早饭后，每个学员除过上两个小时的形体课外，还要再按照老师的安排练习各自演出的单项节目。晚上睡觉前，还有两小时的晚功。

唯一的路就是刻苦训练

周杰和凡莎莎通常在排练厅练习杂技芭蕾。20岁的周杰是河北吴桥人，9岁开始练杂技。重庆妹子凡莎莎今年刚16岁，她5岁便开始练习杂技。周杰说，刚开始练头顶芭蕾时，压得头疼，脖子生硬得都不会转了。

凡莎莎说：“很多人可能觉得练杂技天赋很重要，因为身体灵敏、反应快，但其实练杂技并没有捷径可走，唯一的路就是刻苦训练，多动脑子，此外没有别的办法。”

导演付智涛说，“杂技表演在我看来真的是很残忍的，流血、受伤就是家常便饭”。付智涛坦言，年他第一次接手排练时，整个团队的专业素质在全国勉强算二流水平，几乎没有人看好这样一个团队。今天，一些过去只有全国顶尖杂技院团才能完成的高难技巧，陕西杂技团早已突破。这些付出与努力，再次证明“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”。
